According to Wisebread.com, you can get a free Cafe Mocha at McDonalds on Wednesdays until the end of February, and there's no coupon or purchase necessary.

McDonalds also has free wi-fi (which started on Jan 15) and ATMs in select locations! (I'll have to check the one in Times Square...)
