Thursday is looking busy -- and to be quite honest I wish I had heard about this art opening before I committed elsewhere because I love this guy's style. Check out other Glamnation work here:

From Мишка:

For the month of December, 350 Broadway is pleased to host a series of works by Brooklyn based illustrator Dennis Chow. The show titled Sinisterly Yours, Glamnation is a new exhibition of illustrative works on cellulose acetate plastic sheets (also known as cels) that depict an alternate world of fantasy and rebellion ruled by colorful cartoon villains and lovable anti-hero’s. Chow’s Sinisterly Yours show will open on Thursday December 10th and run six weeks at our flagship store.

A limited run T-shirt designed by Chow will also be made available at the opening.

Dennis Chow is a Toronto-born artist currently living and working in Brooklyn, New York. Chow has been immersed in illustration for over the past decade and a half, citing 1980's popular culture, comics, horror movies, the occult, the working class and “the forgotten” as his major inspirations. His work has garnered him accolades in North America and Europe with both the art and commercial world alike. He has illustrated for publications such as Vice, LoDown, The Walrus and Beautiful Decay and has exhibited selected works across North America through Emporium Gallery, RedBull’s 381 Projects and various other galleries.
