I came across this sick photoblog today, and while normally I don't think you'd really care, I think you might.

SCOUTING NEW YORK is a blog written by "Scout," a self-depreciating photographer who is hired by the feature film industry to find filming (duh) locations in NYC. Because of all the cool stuff Scout finds, they decided to keep a blog about it. Scout says:

What always amazes me about New York is how much there is to see if you pay attention. Every street has a hidden gem or two that go unseen by hundreds (if not thousands) of passersby daily who simply don’t have the time to look around them.

I love it when people are in love with NYC.

Anyway, the reason you should care is because you can submit your property to be "scouted"! How cool is that? You'd probably make money if they use your shiz for a film, obvi.
