Twitter helps me find the most awesome stuff these days (sign up already!).

Today's evidence: www.newyorkology.com.

More specifically, NYology's post that breaks down NYC's museum Scene into two helpful categories, especially for the free-minded:

--Museums with a “suggested donation” all the time (bare minimum: one lovely penny)
--Museums with free or pay-what-you-wish hours (with convenient day-of-the-week subheads)

It also points this out gem: "Bank of America’s Museums on Us allows cardholders free admission during the first weekend of every month at the Met, Jewish Museum, American Museum of Natural History, NY Hall of Science, Bronx Zoo, NY Aquarium and the International Center for Photography"

Oh, heeeeey! Read full story here, and totally del.icio.us this shizzz.

Thanks for the links. I'm actually going to update those links in a couple weeks. Twice a year I update the list -- just want to give the museums a couple more weeks in case they're making changes for spring. ... So far no big cuts in hours or even price hikes that I've seen.
